CLASSES
Whether you are new to Pilates or an experienced practitioner, General Pilates Classes are an excellent means of building a strong Pilates foundation and refining technique. These one-hour-classes will be sure to build core and whole-of-body strength through the use of both classical and contemporary matwork repertoire. They cater to the varying levels of class participants and regularly incorporate the use of props to keep things interesting and fun.

PRICING & PAYMENT
Purchase a one-off class or a multiple-class-pass. Payments can be made in-person via card or exact cash amount or, alternatively, by way of bank transfer prior to class. The following options are available for purchase:
5-Class-Pass* — $115
Casual Class — $25
10-Class-Pass* — $220
*All Class Passes must be used within 4 months of purchase
